Finally a morning without slush or rain and seawall was free of ice. The fog was hanging over West Vancouver and the susrise was breaking through at the enternace to inner arbour. The lights were on at Seymour skihill on the mountain above the cloud.
This was the scenery of the Westend from the Seawall this morning. A week ago the cherry blossoms were nearly out. This is 1st Beach and very popular during the summer months. Very few cities have a beach with clean water right downtown. A couple of construction cranes are barely visible on Davie Street. A couple of blocks on Davie have brand new condos/apartment buildings and shopping centre constructed.
